Other

Fall 2014-Spring 2016 – Vice president of Anagama Club. Duties for this position include preparing for firing the wood kiln on our campus, organizing fundraisers for the club (such as raku firings during family festivals), and participating in firing Chris Gustin’s Anagama kiln once a semester.

Fall 2015- Spring 2016 - Secretary of Ceramics Club, which included duties of emailing the club members about club opportunities and events, organizing fundraising for the club, and organizing the annual holiday sale for the Artisanry department.

I have been one of only two students chosen by James Lawton to work in his personal studio with glazing and prep (fall 2014, spring 2015, and summer 2016) and on his piece for the Slocum River Project (summer 2015).
